SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) Exam is held by SBI or State Bank of India to recruit candidates for Clerical Cadre in its different branches across the country. SBI Clerk (Junior Associates)facilitates the recruitment for the post of Junior Associates (JA). SBI Clerk is one of the most sought after bank exams today and a huge number of candidates appear for the same every year.
SBI Clerks are responsible for all the client interactions and related operations. ELIGIBILITY
The eligibility criteria of SBI Clerk 2019 exam is mainly about two pre-requisites:
A candidate is required to be between 20-28 years to be eligible for SBI Clerk 2019 exam.
He/she must hold a valid degree in any discipline from a recoginized university.
A candidate is required to be: A citizen of India, A subject of Nepal, A subject of Bhutan, A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of settling permanently in India or a person of Indian origin who migrated to India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam and have the intention of settling permanently in India.

Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD .
Those who are in the final year/semester of their graduation may also apply.
Note (a) The date of passing eligibility examination will be the date appearing on the mark sheet/certificate or provisional certificate issued by the University/Institute. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University/ Institute, a certificate issued by the appropriate authority of the University/Institute indicating the date on which the result was posted on the website will be taken as the date of passing.
(b) Matriculate Ex-servicemen, who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force, after having completed not less than 15 years of service in Armed Forces of the Union are also eligible for the post.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
The selection process will consist of On-line test
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Examination and
- Test of specified opted local language.
Final selection will be subject to
Verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application.
Qualifying in test of specified opted local language .
Results of the candidates who have provisionally qualified for selection will be made available on Bank’s website.
