Delivery Policy
The receipts and study material of online courses shall be delivered to you via the dispatch team through speed post or courier operating in the delivery location. This policy specifies all rules and regulation concerning the delivery processes of IBS institute. The user getting enrolled is deemed to agree with the delivery policy of IBS Institute. If at any point of time if you disagree with the policy, you may discontinue the services provided to you.
The study material delivered to the student will not be taken back in any of the circumstances, nor can it be transferred to any other student account.
The receipts of the online course sent to you should be kept safely as this shall be required to be produced at the time of I-card, batch shifting, branch shifting, course re-joining etc. If the receipts is lost in any case, the user admission shall be deemed cancelled and the user needs to take full admission again to continue with the services.
