1. WHAT IS ‘ONE CASE ONE DATA’? THE NEW REFORM OF SUPREME COURT EXPLAINED  –

• Respectable Supreme Court of India has taken the step towards the modernization of judicial services with the launch of ‘One Case One Data’ initiative. Along with this AI powered chatbot which named ‘Su-Sahayak’ is also launched. This move aims to connect digitally judicial data across the all levels of the court, from taluka courts to district courts and Supreme courts.

What Is the ‘One Case One Data’ Initiative ?

• The One Case One Data initiative is the new digital case management framework which is designed to integrate the judicial records into a unified system.
• For the first time courts across the different levels of the judicial hierarchy will be digitally connected via a common data access structure.

This means case-related information from,

1. Supreme Court
2. High Courts
3. District Courts
4. Taluka Courts
5. Government departments

‘वन केस वन डेटा’ क्या है? सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के नए सुधार की व्याख्या –

• भारत के माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने ‘वन केस वन डेटा’ पहल की शुरुआत करके न्यायिक सेवाओं के आधुनिकीकरण की दिशा में एक कदम बढ़ाया है। इसके साथ ही ‘सु-सहायक’ नामक एक एआई संचालित चैटबॉट भी लॉन्च किया गया है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य तालुका न्यायालयों से लेकर जिला न्यायालयों और सर्वोच्च न्यायालय तक, न्यायालयों के सभी स्तरों पर न्यायिक डेटा को डिजिटल रूप से जोड़ना है।

‘वन केस वन डेटा’ पहल क्या है?

• वन केस वन डेटा पहल एक नया डिजिटल केस प्रबंधन ढांचा है जिसे न्यायिक अभिलेखों को एक एकीकृत प्रणाली में शामिल करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है।
• पहली बार न्यायिक पदानुक्रम के विभिन्न स्तरों पर स्थित न्यायालय एक सामान्य डेटा एक्सेस संरचना के माध्यम से डिजिटल रूप से जुड़ेंगे।

इसका अर्थ है, निम्नलिखित स्रोतों से संबंधित मामले की जानकारी:

1. सर्वोच्च न्यायालय
2. उच्च न्यायालय
3. जिला न्यायालय
4. तालुका न्यायालय
5. सरकारी विभाग

 

2. INDIA’S LATEST MISSION COULD CHANGE RURAL JOBS FOREVER UNDER VB-G RAM G ACT FROM JULY 1, 2026 –

• MGNREGA to Be Replaced From July 1, 2026
• The Ministry of Rural Development has officially notified that the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), 2005 will stand repealed from the July 1, 2026.
• This transition marks one of the most important reforms in the India’s rural governance and employment structure in the recent decades.
• The government has also described the move as a shift towards a more integrated, productivity driven and future ready rural economy.
• Importantly the all ongoing MGNREGA works will continue without any interruption and will seamlessly shift into the new framework.

What Is the Viksit Bharat G RAM G Act?

• The Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) is the statutory rural employment program which is designed to strengthen employment generation and livelihood security in the villages.
• Under the new law,
• Every eligible rural household will receive the legal guarantee of 125 days of wage employment every financial year.
• Employment will be provided to adults who are willing to perform the unskilled manual work.
• Also the workers will continue to receive the unemployment allowance if jobs are not provided within the prescribed time.

भारत का नवीनतम मिशन 1 जुलाई, 2026 से महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम के तहत ग्रामीण रोजगारों को हमेशा के लिए बदल सकता है –

• 1 जुलाई, 2026 से एमजीएनआरईजीए निरस्त होगा
• ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय ने आधिकारिक तौर पर अधिसूचित किया है कि महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम (एमजीएनआरईजीए), 2005 1 जुलाई, 2026 से निरस्त हो जाएगा।
• यह परिवर्तन हाल के दशकों में भारत के ग्रामीण शासन और रोजगार संरचना में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण सुधारों में से एक है।
• सरकार ने इस कदम को अधिक एकीकृत, उत्पादकता-संचालित और भविष्य के लिए तैयार ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था की ओर एक बदलाव के रूप में भी वर्णित किया है।
• महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि सभी चल रहे एमजीएनआरईजीए कार्य बिना किसी रुकावट के जारी रहेंगे और सुचारू रूप से नए ढांचे में शामिल हो जाएंगे।

विक्षित भारत ग्राम रोजगार अधिनियम क्या है?

• विक्षित भारत – रोजगार और आजीविका मिशन (ग्रामीण) एक वैधानिक ग्रामीण रोजगार कार्यक्रम है जिसे गांवों में रोजगार सृजन और आजीविका सुरक्षा को मजबूत करने के लिए बनाया गया है।
• नए कानून के तहत,
• प्रत्येक पात्र ग्रामीण परिवार को प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष में 125 दिनों के मजदूरी रोजगार की कानूनी गारंटी मिलेगी।
• रोजगार उन वयस्कों को प्रदान किया जाएगा जो अकुशल शारीरिक श्रम करने के इच्छुक हैं।
• साथ ही, यदि निर्धारित समय के भीतर रोजगार प्रदान नहीं किया जाता है तो श्रमिकों को बेरोजगारी भत्ता मिलता रहेगा।

 

3. ASSAM ENTERS NEW LEADERSHIP PHASE AS CM HIMANTA SARMA SWORN IN AGAIN –

Himanta Sarma CM of Assam

• On 12th May, Himanta Biswa Sarma took the oath Chief Minister of the State of Assam for the 2nd consecutive term. In the year 2021 he became the CM of the state for first time. Under his leadership BJP and its allies have secured the majority for the third consecutive term from the year 2016.
• Several national leaders like the PM Modi, Cabinet Ministers and Chief Ministers from BJP & NDA ruled state were present at the event.

Assam Government Formation 2026

• On the 4th May, 206 NDA led government in the Assam have secured the two third majority in the recent Assembly Elections.
• In which.
• BJP had won 82 seats.
• BJP’s Allies AGP and BPF secured 10 seats each.
• Opposition congress managed to win only 19 seats.

 असम में मुख्यमंत्री हिमंता शर्मा के पुनः शपथ ग्रहण से नेतृत्व के नए दौर का प्रवेश –

असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंता शर्मा

• 12 मई को हिमंता बिस्वा शर्मा ने लगातार दूसरी बार असम राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में शपथ ली। वर्ष 2021 में वे पहली बार राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री बने थे। उनके नेतृत्व में भाजपा और उसके सहयोगियों ने वर्ष 2016 से लगातार तीसरी बार बहुमत हासिल किया है।
• इस अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी, कैबिनेट मंत्री और भाजपा एवं एनडीए शासित राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री सहित कई राष्ट्रीय नेता उपस्थित थे।

असम सरकार गठन 2026

• 4 मई को असम में एनडीए के नेतृत्व वाली 2026 विधानसभा सरकार ने हाल ही में हुए विधानसभा चुनावों में दो-तिहाई बहुमत हासिल किया।

जिसमें:

• भाजपा ने 82 सीटें जीतीं।
• भाजपा के सहयोगी एजीपी और बीपीएफ ने 10-10 सीटें हासिल कीं।
• विपक्षी कांग्रेस को केवल 19 सीटें ही मिलीं।

 

4. WHY MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 2026 IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER –

• The Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 is being observed from 11 May to 17 May this year. This week will be observed around the theme of ‘Action’ and it encourages people to move beyond the conversations and take practical steps to support mental wellbeing. This is organized by the Mental Health Foundation and supported by organizations like Mind and the NHS and this year’s main focus on hope, human connection and prevention driven mental healthcare.

Why the Theme ‘Action’ Is Important in 2026

• The mental health challenges are increasing worldwide due to stress, loneliness, financial pressures, social isolation and the workplace burnout.
• Technical experts believes that discussing mental health simply is no longer enough.
• The 2026 theme which is ‘Action’ focuses on the encouraging people to take even small steps which can improve emotional wellbeing.

मानसिक स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता सप्ताह 2026 पहले से कहीं अधिक महत्वपूर्ण क्यों है –

• मानसिक स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता सप्ताह 2026 इस वर्ष 11 मई से 17 मई तक मनाया जा रहा है। यह सप्ताह ‘कार्रवाई’ की थीम पर आधारित है और लोगों को मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ावा देने के लिए केवल बातचीत से आगे बढ़कर व्यावहारिक कदम उठाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है। इसका आयोजन मेंटल हेल्थ फाउंडेशन द्वारा किया जाता है और माइंड और एनएचएस जैसे संगठनों द्वारा समर्थित है। इस वर्ष का मुख्य फोकस आशा, मानवीय जुड़ाव और रोकथाम आधारित मानसिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल पर है।

2026 में ‘कार्रवाई’ थीम क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है

• तनाव, अकेलापन, आर्थिक दबाव, सामाजिक अलगाव और कार्यस्थल पर अत्यधिक तनाव के कारण दुनिया भर में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य संबंधी चुनौतियाँ बढ़ रही हैं।
• तकनीकी विशेषज्ञों का मानना ​​है कि केवल मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर चर्चा करना अब पर्याप्त नहीं है।

5. HOW DID INDIA JUST PULLED OFF A STUNNING COMEBACK TO WIN ARCHERY WORLD CUP STAGE 2 –

• Indian Women’s recurve archery team has scripted a memorable victory at the Archery World Cup Stage 2 in Shanghai after defeating the host nation China highly tense shoot off final. The Indian trio of Deepika Kumari, Ankita Bhakat and Kumkum Mohod has showed the remarkable composure under pressure to secure the India’s first Archery World Cup gold medal since 2021.

India Defeats China in Dramatic Shoot Off to Win Gold

• The final against the China has turned into one of the most intense matches of the tournament.
• India has started strongly by winning the opening set but the Chinese team has responded quickly to level the contest.
• After the four sets the both teams remained tied and forced the gold medal clash into a shoot off.
• The pressure if the final at its peak and the home crowd backing China the Indian archers had stayed calm in the decider and edged out the hosts 28-26.

भारत ने तीरंदाजी विश्व कप के दूसरे चरण में शानदार वापसी करते हुए कैसे जीत हासिल की –

• भारतीय महिला रिकर्व तीरंदाजी टीम ने शंघाई में आयोजित तीरंदाजी विश्व कप के दूसरे चरण में मेजबान देश चीन को बेहद तनावपूर्ण शूट-ऑफ फाइनल में हराकर एक यादगार जीत दर्ज की। दीपिका कुमारी, अंकिता भाकत और कुमकुम मोहद की भारतीय तिकड़ी ने दबाव में अद्भुत धैर्य दिखाते हुए 2021 के बाद भारत को तीरंदाजी विश्व कप का पहला स्वर्ण पदक दिलाया।
