- TRUMP LABELS VENEZUELA REGIME TERROR GROUP, ORDERS OIL BLOCKADE –
- The United States has sharply escalated pressure on Venezuela after President Donald Trump declared the Maduro regime a “Foreign Terrorist Organisation” and announced a blockade on sanctioned oil tankers. The move signals a major intensification of Washington’s strategy against Caracas, directly targeting the backbone of Venezuela’s economy and deepening geopolitical tensions in the region.
Blockade of Oil Tankers Announced
- President Trump stated that the US would impose a “total and complete blockade” on all sanctioned oil tankers entering or leaving Venezuela. The announcement follows the recent seizure of an oil tanker off Venezuela’s coast by US forces, alongside a visible military buildup in the Caribbean. Trump accused the Venezuelan government of using oil revenues to fund drug trafficking and criminal networks, asserting that the blockade would remain until US demands were met.

- INDIA’S FIRST WILDLIFE-SAFE ROAD LAUNCHED ON NH-45 –
- The National Highways Authority of India has introduced India’s first wildlife-safe road on National Highway 45 in Madhya Pradesh. The initiative aims to reduce animal-vehicle collisions while balancing highway development with wildlife conservation in ecologically sensitive regions.
Location and Ecological Significance
- The project has been implemented on a 2 km ghat section of an 11.96 km highway stretch passing through the Veerangana Durgavati Tiger Reserve. The corridor also connects areas near the Nauradehi Wildlife Sanctuary, making it a critical zone for wildlife movement and conservation efforts.
NH-45 पर भारत की पहली वन्यजीव-सुरक्षित सड़क लॉन्च –
- भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण ने मध्य प्रदेश में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 45 पर भारत की पहली वन्यजीव-सुरक्षित सड़क शुरू की है। इस पहल का मकसद पारिस्थितिक रूप से संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में राजमार्ग विकास और वन्यजीव संरक्षण के बीच संतुलन बनाते हुए जानवरों और वाहनों की टक्कर को कम करना है।

- यह परियोजना 11.96 किमी राजमार्ग के 2 किमी घाट खंड पर लागू की गई है जो वीरांगना दुर्गावती टाइगर रिजर्व से होकर गुजरता है। यह कॉरिडोर नौरादेही वन्यजीव अभयारण्य के पास के क्षेत्रों को भी जोड़ता है, जिससे यह वन्यजीवों की आवाजाही और संरक्षण प्रयासों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र बन जाता है।
- SAI JADHAV MAKES HISTORY AT INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY –
- At just 23, Sai Jadhav has entered the history books by becoming the first woman officer to graduate from the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun. Her commissioning ends a 93-year-old tradition that saw only men pass out from one of India’s most prestigious military institutions. Her achievement signals a decisive shift in the evolution of the armed forces.
Breaking a 93-Year-Old Tradition
- Established in 1932, the Indian Military Academy has trained over 67,000 officers for the Indian Army. Until Sai Jadhav’s graduation, not a single woman had completed training at IMA. Her inclusion was made possible through special permission, placing her on equal footing with male cadets. She underwent the same drills, discipline, and evaluation standards, completing six months of rigorous training without concessions.

- सिर्फ 23 साल की उम्र में, साई जाधव ने भारतीय सैन्य अकादमी (IMA), देहरादून से ग्रेजुएट होने वाली पहली महिला अधिकारी बनकर इतिहास रच दिया है। उनकी कमीशनिंग से 93 साल पुरानी एक परंपरा खत्म हो गई, जिसमें भारत के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित मिलिट्री संस्थानों में से एक से सिर्फ़ पुरुष ही पास आउट होते थे। उनकी उपलब्धि सशस्त्र बलों के विकास में एक निर्णायक बदलाव का संकेत देती है।

- 1932 में स्थापित, इंडियन मिलिट्री एकेडमी ने भारतीय सेना के लिए 67,000 से ज़्यादा अधिकारियों को प्रशिक्षित किया है। साई जाधव के ग्रेजुएशन तक, IMA में एक भी महिला ने ट्रेनिंग पूरी नहीं की थी। उन्हें विशेष अनुमति से शामिल किया गया, जिससे उन्हें पुरुष कैडेट्स के बराबर दर्जा मिला। उन्होंने बिना किसी छूट के छह महीने की कड़ी ट्रेनिंग पूरी करते हुए, वही ड्रिल, अनुशासन और मूल्यांकन मानकों का पालन किया।
- VIJAY DIWAS 2025 AND INDIA’S HISTORIC 1971 VICTORY –
- Vijay Diwas, observed annually on 16 December, commemorates India’s decisive victory over Pakistan in the 1971 Indo-Pakistan War. The day marks the surrender of Pakistani forces in East Pakistan and the emergence of Bangladesh as an independent nation. It stands as one of the most significant milestones in India’s military and diplomatic history.
Background of the 1971 Indo-Pakistan War
- The roots of the conflict lay in political repression and humanitarian crisis in East Pakistan after the 1970 elections. Widespread atrocities triggered a massive refugee influx into India. As tensions escalated, India extended diplomatic, humanitarian, and military support to the Bengali resistance, known as the Mukti Bahini. Open hostilities began on 3 December 1971 after Pakistan launched air strikes on Indian airfields.
विजय दिवस 2025 और भारत की ऐतिहासिक 1971 की जीत –

1971 के भारत-पाकिस्तान युद्ध की पृष्ठभूमि
- संघर्ष की जड़ें 1970 के चुनावों के बाद पूर्वी पाकिस्तान में राजनीतिक दमन और मानवीय संकट में थीं। बड़े पैमाने पर अत्याचारों के कारण भारत में शरणार्थियों की भारी बाढ़ आ गई। जैसे-जैसे तनाव बढ़ा, भारत ने मुक्ति वाहिनी के नाम से जाने जाने वाले बंगाली प्रतिरोध को राजनयिक, मानवीय और सैन्य सहायता दी। 3 दिसंबर 1971 को पाकिस्तान द्वारा भारतीय हवाई अड्डों पर हवाई हमले शुरू करने के बाद खुली दुश्मनी शुरू हो गई।
