- INDIA AND NEPAL LAUNCH UPI-NPI CROSS-BORDER REMITTANCE SERVICE –
- India and Nepal have launched the cross border peer to peer remittance mechanism which directly linking India’s Unified Payments Interface (UPI) with the Nepal’s National Payments Interface (NPI). It will officially operationalized on 6th of June, 2026. This initiative enables the citizens of both the countries to make instant, secure and seamless money transfers via mobile banking applications and digital wallets.
- The newly launched payment corridor establishes the direct connection between the India’s UPI ecosystem and Nepal’s National Payments Interface.
With this integration, users can,

भारत और नेपाल ने UPI-NPI क्रॉस-बॉर्डर रेमिटेंस सर्विस शुरू की –
- भारत और नेपाल ने क्रॉस-बॉर्डर पीयर-टू-पीयर रेमिटेंस (पैसे भेजने की) सुविधा शुरू की है, जो भारत के यूनिफाइड पेमेंट्स इंटरफेस (UPI) को सीधे नेपाल के नेशनल पेमेंट्स इंटरफेस (NPI) से जोड़ती है। यह आधिकारिक तौर पर 6 जून, 2026 से काम करना शुरू कर देगी। यह पहल दोनों देशों के नागरिकों को मोबाइल बैंकिंग एप्लिकेशन और डिजिटल वॉलेट के ज़रिए तुरंत, सुरक्षित और आसानी से पैसे ट्रांसफर करने की सुविधा देती है।
- हाल ही में शुरू किया गया यह पेमेंट कॉरिडोर भारत के UPI इकोसिस्टम और नेपाल के नेशनल पेमेंट्स इंटरफेस के बीच सीधा कनेक्शन बनाता है।

- WORLD BANK RAISES INDIA’S FY27 GROWTH FORECAST TO 6.6%
- The World Bank has revised the India’s GDP growth forecast upward to around 6.6% for FY2026-27 and it showcases the confidence in the country’s resilient domestic demand and also improving the export prospects. The World Bank has has also increased the its projection for FY2027-28 to 7.2% and indicates the expectations of the stronger recovery in the upcoming years.

- वर्ल्ड बैंक ने FY2026-27 के लिए भारत की GDP ग्रोथ का अनुमान बढ़ाकर लगभग 6.6% कर दिया है। यह देश की मज़बूत घरेलू मांग और बेहतर होती एक्सपोर्ट संभावनाओं में भरोसे को दिखाता है। वर्ल्ड बैंक ने FY2027-28 के लिए भी अपना अनुमान बढ़ाकर 7.2% कर दिया है, जो आने वाले सालों में तेज़ी से रिकवरी की उम्मीद को दर्शाता है।

- PM MODI CHAIRS 11TH NITI AAYOG MEETING, FOCUSES ON VIKSIT BHARAT 2047 –
- Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ha chaired the 11th Governing Council Meeting of NITI Aayog on 11th of June, 2026 at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Cultural Centre in the National Capital.
- This meeting was themed around “nclusive Human Development for Viksit Bharat@2047” and brought together the Chief Ministers, Lieutenant Governors and Administrators from 28 States and 5 Union Territories. Significantly it marks the first occasion when the Chief Ministers of all the 28 States have participated in the Governing Council meeting.

- माननीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 11 जून, 2026 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में राष्ट्रपति भवन सांस्कृतिक केंद्र में नीति आयोग की 11वीं गवर्निंग काउंसिल बैठक की अध्यक्षता की।
- इस बैठक का विषय “विकसित भारत@2047 के लिए समावेशी मानव विकास” था और इसमें 28 राज्यों और 5 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के मुख्यमंत्री, उपराज्यपाल और प्रशासक शामिल हुए। खास बात यह है कि यह पहला मौका है जब सभी 28 राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों ने गवर्निंग काउंसिल की बैठक में भाग लिया।
- OILSEEDS KISAAN MITRA: INDIA’S FIRST WHATSAPP AI ADVISORY FOR OILSEED CULTIVATION –
- The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has launched the ‘Oilseeds Kisaan Mitra’ which is the India’s first nationwide WhatsApp-based AI advisory service for oilseed farmers. It is developed by the ICAR-Indian Institute of Oilseeds Research (ICAR-IIOR), Hyderabad and this platform provides the free, multilingual and research-based guidance to the farmers. It was launched during the National Oilseeds Conference and this initiative aims to support the farmers with scientific advice on oilseed cultivation.
Why Was Oilseeds Kisaan Mitra Launched?

ऑयलसीड्स किसान मित्र: तिलहन की खेती के लिए भारत की पहली व्हाट्सएप AI एडवाइजरी
- भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद (ICAR) ने ‘ऑयलसीड्स किसान मित्र’ लॉन्च किया है, जो तिलहन किसानों के लिए भारत की पहली देशव्यापी व्हाट्सएप-आधारित AI एडवाइजरी सेवा है। इसे ICAR-भारतीय तिलहन अनुसंधान संस्थान (ICAR-IIOR), हैदराबाद द्वारा विकसित किया गया है और यह प्लेटफॉर्म किसानों को मुफ्त, बहुभाषी और शोध-आधारित मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करता है। इसे राष्ट्रीय तिलहन सम्मेलन के दौरान लॉन्च किया गया था और इस पहल का उद्देश्य तिलहन की खेती पर वैज्ञानिक सलाह के साथ किसानों का समर्थन करना है।
‘ऑयलसीड्स किसान मित्र’ क्यों लॉन्च किया गया?
- भारत अपनी खाद्य तेल की ज़रूरतों का एक बड़ा हिस्सा आयात करता है, इसलिए तिलहन उत्पादन को एक रणनीतिक प्राथमिकता बनाना ज़रूरी है।

- NASA NAMES ARTEMIS III CREW FOR HISTORIC 2027 MOON MISSION TEST FLIGHT –
- NASA has announced the crew for the Artemis III mission which is scheduled for the 2027. This mission will serve as the critical test flight designed to validate the complex spacecraft rendezvous and docking operations in the Earth orbit before future lunar landings. It features the both NASA and the European Space Agency (ESA) and Artemis III will test the ext-generation exploration technologies and will pave the way for the Artemis IV.

- NASA ने आर्टेमिस III मिशन के लिए क्रू की घोषणा की है, जो 2027 के लिए तय है। यह मिशन भविष्य में चंद्रमा पर उतरने से पहले पृथ्वी की कक्षा में जटिल स्पेसक्राफ्ट रेंडेज़वस (मिलन) और डॉकिंग ऑपरेशन्स को परखने के लिए एक अहम टेस्ट फ़्लाइट का काम करेगा। इसमें NASA और यूरोपियन स्पेस एजेंसी (ESA) दोनों शामिल हैं और आर्टेमिस III अगली पीढ़ी की एक्सप्लोरेशन टेक्नोलॉजीज़ का परीक्षण करेगा और आर्टेमिस IV के लिए रास्ता तैयार करेगा।
